COLT 3^rd MODEL DRAGOON - Heritage Special Commemorative  - .44 cal. percussion, six shot with 7 ½” round barrel, commemorative gun originally sold by the Heritage Guild to commemorate the renown American engraver L.D Nimschke, by Alvin White, these guns were manufactured “in the white” by Colt and finished by The Heritage Guild, Silver plated frame, barrel, trigger guard and back strap with gold plated hammer, cylinder, wedge, trigger, and loading lever assembly, and high polish blued screws, frame engraved with Nimschke style scroll, cylinder engraved with Texas Ranger and Indian scenes, one piece ivory stock with a high-relief hand carved American eagle on each side, 1 of only 50 manufactured, includes hand made leather fitted presentation case.
